care for the children.

 

"It's everybody's job...it's everybody's concern. We're all in this together.

. . . Everybody tells us that there's a wave of juvenile delinquincy right around the corner that is about to engulf us.

. . . We've got to address that problem because all the prisons in the world are not going to solve that problem.
